We recommend 24” away from the plant canopy at seedling stage, 18”-24” at veg, 12”-18” at bloom.
2. How long should my plant be lighting?
Most plants follow the light cycles: 12hrs ON/12hrs OFF at seedling or clone, 18 /6 at veg, 12/12 at flower or fruit.
